If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Do you provide International delivery?
KATE offers standard international shipping on all orders! We ship most of our items via DHL's Go Green service to reduce our carbon footprint. We will only ship via a different method if it proves to be more beneficial for our customer and the environment.
How do I return an item?
It's easy! Send us an email! Write to with your order number and the date of purchase. If the product has any defect please also let us know so we can make sure it doesn't happen again.
What is your returns policy?
You can return any items within 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Absolutely! We welcome any and all inquires about wholesale orders. Please feel free to contact us via email at for more information. We have low MOQs and work with all type of boutiques.
How can I be sure everything is organic and fair trade?
We work soley with suppliers and manufacturers who offer 100% transparency. We have spent over 2 years researching everything it means to be organic, the standards and the different methods. Most of our suppliers have the Global Organic Textile Standard Certification but for those that don't we have chosen them because they have values similar to our own. These suppliers are our dyers who use 100% pure plant dyes, our knit suppliers who use 100% un-dyed, animal hair. All of our partners have socail projects that they are involved in, ranging from animals and community building projects to creatiung schools and teaching impoverished men and woman valuable trade skills.
Are you a vegan clothing brand?
KATE is not now nor does it plan to be a vegan clothing brand. However, we have partnered with the PETA Approved Vegan campaign to showcase what vegan options we do offer. This label indicates that no animal bi-products are found in the products from cultivation to creation and that no animals were harmed in the process of making said items.
What do you mean by cruelty free?
Although we aren't a vegan company we take great pride in offering animal bi-products that are treated with the utmost respect from start to finish. We have Organic Animal Husbandry farming standards for our wool and leather which requires that animals are treated with the utmost care, allowed to roam freely and fed only organic and genetically appropriate food. These regulations are strictly enforced. Our silk is what is called non-violent peace silk, which means that the silk worm was allowed to hatch out of the cocoon before the cocoon was boiled, sparing the worms life and still producing beautiful silk. We have the utmost respect for all the creatures on this planet and appreciate their service.
